What's the difference between a Digimate and a Old Style MemoryMate?
The digimate is a digital memorymate that is printed on 8x10 paper [1 piece] that contains a individual and a team photo. The Old style MM is a cardboard holder that contains two photos [3 pieces]. See the examples on the Team Photo pages. |
What if I want to buy 10 fridge magnets? Do I have to pay $10.50 for each one?
Yes, that’s possible! No I'm just joking. If you want to purchase more than one of a certain item please ask. I always discount purchases of more than one of the same item. |
Who, How, Where, and When do the images get printed?
After we take your child's photos on photo day they are processed in Express Digital Software. Then they are sent to the lab in Ohio by a upload to the print server or are burned to a CD and mailed. The lab double checks the orders and prints them to Fujicolor Crystal Archive photo paper. The lab then mails them back to us. We put each order in a baggie and separate them by team for distribution. We then deliver the orders to the league and they hand them out to the coaches for distribution. The whole process takes about 2 to 4 weeks. |
Why don't you mail the orders to each customer?
I could but we would have to add anywhere from $5 to $6 to each order for shipping and handling. Plus the post office has a habit of losing or damaging the photos. Another plus is that I get to proof each photo. |
When will I be billed? We do not charge your credit card or cash checks until we send the photos to the lab to be printed. |
In summary, it’s your goal to purchase a top quality memento that captures a special time in your athlete’s life. It’s our goal to provide you with a professional product that we can all be proud of. Please allow us, as professionals, to do just that!
